We have successfully provided short and long-term executive coaching services to leaders at all levels, from individual contributors, to entrepreneurs, to front-line supervisors, to middle management, to C-suite executives in all industries. Our Model

We engage in a deliberative process to define the purpose, competencies, and behaviors that need to be modified and maximized. We help our clients maximize leadership contributions and build capabilities to more fully contribute to organizational success.

As we implement an action plan, adjustments are made accordingly and ongoing analysis and measurement occur. Before the relationship is closed, a final review is made regarding accountabilities and accomplishments, and follow-up arrangements are discussed and agreed upon.

 

Our Process

First, we have a dialogue regarding roles, expectations, and desired outcomes. Next, depending on desired outcomes, we may request that the individual complete assessments and then evaluate the results together. Every executive participates in a 363 Leadership Profile Survey to determine leadership impact from all levels.

Executive coaching partnerships span various time frames, typically from 3-months, to 1-year in length. We schedule meeting times in the format, duration, and frequency that best suits the executive. Meetings and various communications are held and delivered in-person, via telephone, email, and video conference. We do recommend some form of weekly contact, along with at least 1 personal meeting (face to face or video) per month. All information exchanged will be held to the highest levels of confidentiality.
